At EMB, we strive to provide our customers with quality buildings erected by highly skilled crews.
We make it our mission to supply buildings & erection on time, within budget & with no headaches. worked out!
Project Size
Our services are provided as either Time-and-Material or Fixed Price Contracts. The average size of our buildings runs between 15,000 and 250,000 square feet.
We also have the capabilities to erect buildings on either end of this scale, from your backyard garage at 5,000 to a 1,000,000 square foot warehouse.
Mobility
In addition to all of this, EMB serves as a subcontractor providing labor and equipment to General Contractors. Our current work focuses around Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee & Georgia.
Our company takes our services one step further in order to better serve our customers.
We now not only erect buildings, but can also provide you with a well-manufactured building from one of our suppliers. In addition to this, EMB can custom design your building in order to meet your needs.
This allows us to offer you a lower package deal price. We are also equipped to price your building and erection while you wait; so, there’s no more playing phone tag to get prices and scheduling worked out!
